How to place an order?
Explore our store, peruse our range of products, and effortlessly place your order. We could fix your order with the products which are not listed here. If you prefer, you can also directly order by sending us an email at info@hkroids.com, we will create an order for you. We don’t have any reseller at all, stay safe!!

What’s the lead time?
7-20 days according to shipping method selected and coutriers. We promise that all orders will be shipped out within 1-3 days after payment; if it’s over 3 days, we will cover some extra gifts for you.
Do you have any reship policy?
We cover orders with a one-time free reship policy against extremely rare issues, parcels lost in transit for more than 30 working days from the date it was shipped to you (not counting weekends) to regular customs. For tough customs, we don’t reship unfortunately.

How do you guys pack orders?
